What it is

Bru blends 70% instant coffee with 30% roasted chicory. The chicory gives that slightly bitter, full body that South Indian filter coffee is known for. Choosing a coffee? Bru instant for quick cups; Bru Green Label or Narasu's filter coffee if you have a filter or a French press.

How to use

1. Put 1 teaspoon of Bru and sugar to taste in a cup with 1 tablespoon of hot water.
2. Beat hard with a spoon for 1–2 minutes until it turns pale and frothy.
3. Pour in 150 ml hot milk from a height and stir.

Tip: Pour the coffee between two steel tumblers a few times. It cools the coffee and builds the froth.
