A. Pickup at Store (Free)
- Customers can choose to pick up their orders at the address communicated to you through email during business hours.
- Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification for pickup.
- Orders must be collected within 2 days of confirmation to avoid cancellation.
B. Local Delivery (Free)
- Available for customers within Lucan (postal code starting with K78).
- Orders will be delivered within 2 business days after placement.
- Customers must ensure availability at the provided delivery location during the scheduled time.
C. Standard Shipment (Flat Fee: EUR 5.99)
- Orders outside our local delivery area will be shipped via standard post.
- Standard shipping typically takes 2 business days from dispatch.
- Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been shipped.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2 days of placement.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
3. Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues, etc.).
- If an order is damaged or missing, please contact us within 8 hours of delivery for resolution.
4. Address Accuracy
- Ensure all shipping details are correct before placing an order.
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
