We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Custom or personalized products
  

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@oneplacebazaar.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
