What it is

Ribbon pakoda, or ola pakoda, is dough pressed through a flat slotted plate into long ribbons and fried, and it is a regular on Deepavali snack trays. Suswaad makes this one with wheat flour and Bengal gram flour, seasoned with red chilli, salt and asafoetida.
