What it is

Britannia traces its roots to 1892, when it started in Calcutta, and is now headquartered in Bengaluru. Bourbon sits alongside Good Day, Marie Gold and Milk Bikis as one of the biscuit names most Indian homes grew up with.

Two cocoa biscuits with a cocoa cream between them and coarse sugar crystals across the top, which is the bit that crunches first.
