What it is

Roasted peanuts make up three fifths of the pack and the rest is the crust: gram flour, rice flour and corn flour bound around each nut, then fried so the coating sets hard.

What lifts it above a standard coated peanut is the spice mix, which runs to eight separate spices including clove, nutmeg, cardamom and bay. Choosing between the peanut snacks?
