What it is

777 began with brothers R.S. Narayanasamy Iyer and R.S. Ganapathy Iyer, whose Hotel Sri Rama Bhavan opened in Madras in 1933. This is its egg curry masala, the spice base for muttai kuzhambu and the quick egg gravy made on nights when there is little else in the fridge.
