Five nectars: banana, jaggery, honey, ghee and milk, mashed together by hand in a bowl. There is no cooking and no method to speak of, and it takes ten minutes.
It is made just before the puja and finished the same day. Panchamirtham is not something you prepare in advance, and it does not keep. That immediacy is part of what it is.
Use firm-ripe bananas rather than very soft ones, and mash the jaggery into the fruit until it has properly dissolved before anything else goes in.
