What it is

Sakthi Masala is based in Erode, Tamil Nadu, and was started in 1977 by Dr P.C. Duraisamy as a small turmeric trading business. The company has received India's National Award for Quality Products three times.

Chicken masala is the one-packet answer to a Tamil chicken curry: brown the onions, add the masala and tomato, then the chicken, and let it cook down until the oil comes up at the edges. It works for a thick gravy with rice or a drier fry with chapati. Choosing between Sakthi chicken packs?
