Instant medu vada mix, 500g. No grinding and no soaking. Add water slowly to a thick dough; it takes less than you expect. Rest ten minutes, shape with wet hands and make a hole in the middle, then fry on medium. Too hot and the inside stays raw. Serve straight away with sambar and chutney.
