What it is

Achari masala borrows the sour, spicy taste of an Indian pickle and puts it on a snack. Millet Delights coats ragi sticks in it, and the finger millet makes them darker and a little firmer than a wheat stick. Think of the masala clinging to the inside of a mango pickle jar, dried onto a crisp.
