What it is

GRB began in 1984 with G.R. Balasubramaniam delivering butter around Bengaluru on a bicycle, and grew into a ghee maker. The ragi dosa mix is one of its breakfast mixes.

It is ragi flour with rice flour, urad dal flour, salt and spices. Mix with water, rest fifteen minutes, and it pours into thin, dark dosais with lacy edges. No grinding and no overnight wait. Tip: Pour the batter from the edge inwards, like rava dosai. It gives the lacy holes.
