Cookd is a Chennai brand founded in 2020 by Aathitiyan V.S. It started with chef-led recipe videos online before making masalas, pastes and biryani kits.

Chettinad cooking comes from the Karaikudi region of Tamil Nadu and is known for black pepper, fennel and dry red chilli, roasted and ground together. This pack has the blend ready for a single gravy of chicken, mushroom, paneer, vegetables or seafood, in about 15 minutes. Choosing between Chettinad masalas?
